Detection of SAO faults on selected 1/0 wires of a VLSI circuit for BCD-to-excess-3 code converter

Procedure

  1. Enter the Boolean input "A", "B", "C" and "D".

  2. Click the checkbox at the corresponding NODE number of the input or output wire to be declared at stuck at 0 for your inputs.

  3. Click on "RUN" Button to print your output values in the truth table.

  4. Click on "RESET" Button if you want to reset your input values and the stuck at fault checkboxes.
