Aim of the experiment
The objective of this study is to understand the fundamental principles and practical workflow of Agrobacterium-mediated and gene gun–mediated genetic transformation in plants. It aims to examine how these methods enable gene overexpression and antisense gene silencing for functional genomics. The study further seeks to compare their applicability in model plants.
