Detection of both SA0 and SA1 faults on a VLSI circuit for 3-bit EVEN parity generator circuit

Procedure

  1. Select the desired option for fault from the dropdown under fault.
  2. Select the desired option for wire from the dropdown under wire .
  3. Give the binary values for each input wire.
  4. Click on "Submit"
  5. Equation used to detect the fault and the error table will be generated.

NOTE: In the Simulation Experimental Table - P represents the output without considering faults, while P′ represents the output with faults taken into account.
