Detection of both SA0 and SA1 faults on a VLSI circuit that represents 3–input ODD function

Procedure

  1. Use the input switches to set the values of X, Y, and Z.
  2. Select the desired switching points and fault types from the sidebar.
  3. Click the "Add" button to log the input values, fault condition, and both faulty and fault-free outputs in the table.
  4. Repeat the steps for different combinations of inputs and faults.
  5. Click the "Print" button to either print the results or save them as a PDF.
