Detection of both SA0 and SA1 faults on a VLSI circuit that represents 3–input ODD function

Aim

  1. To understand stuck-at-0 and stuck-at-1 fault using 3-input ODD function.
  2. Implementation and visualization of stuck-at-0 and stuck-at-1 fault with the help of XOR gate simulator.
