Detection of SA1 faults on selected I/O wires of a VLSI circuit for BCD-to-excess-3 code converter

Procedure

  1. Enter the Boolean input "A", "B", "C" and "D".

  2. Enter the Fault Position Number (FPN) of the input or output wire to be declared at stuck at 1 for your corresponding inputs.

  3. In case of multiple Fault positions (FPN's), add the FPN's separating each FPN with a comma and without spaces. For example: (2,5,3,....).

  4. Click on "RUN" Button to print your output values.

  5. Click "Print" if you want to get print out of Truth Table.
