Step 1: Switch on the machine to initiate the experiment.

Step 2: Place the sample holder in the designated position.

Step 3: Carefully place the sample on the sample holder.

Step 4: Insert the sample holder into the TEM chamber.

Step 5: Set the required vacuum level and click on the Set button.

Step 6: Set the accelerating voltage and click on the Set button.

Step 7: Adjust the magnification and click on the Set button.

Step 8: Click on the Beam ON button to observe the experiment.
