Detection of both SA0 and SA1 faults on a VLSI circuit that represents 3–input EVEN function

Procedure

  1. For enabling fault position at the points a, b c or d, use the input switches.
  2. Select the desired switching points and SA1 or SA0 tab.
  3. Click the "Add" button to log the input values, fault, expected output and faulty output in the table.
  4. Repeat the steps for different combinations of inputs and faults.
  5. Click the "Print" button to either print the results or save them as a PDF.
