Basic operations of Transmission Electron Microscope (Imaging and Diffraction Pattern)

Student will be able to:
(i) Learn the requirements of TEM - understand the importance of Vacuum, high voltage, filament etc.
(ii) Learn how to perform bright field imaging
(iii) Learn how to obtain selected area diffraction
