Detection of SA0 faults on a VLSI circuit for 2x1 multiplexer (mux)

PROCEDURE

  1. Choose 1 or 0 as the inputs for I0 , I1 and S in the given boxes.
  2. For variables I0 , I1 and S, choose 0 to enable stuck at 0, else 'None'.
  3. Click on 'Check' button.
  4. Simulator will provide the expected output without considering the faults and also the actual output. Also, it helps us detect the locations of fault.
  5. Click on 'Refresh' button to clear the truth table and continue the simulation again.
