Procedure

Open the Micro Scratching Simulation

Select the material specimen for the experiment.
Set the scratching parameters such as:
Applied load
Scratch length
Scratching velocity
Click on the Start/Play button to begin the simulation.
Observe the movement of the indenter over the specimen surface.
Monitor the scratch formation and deformation on the material surface.
Note the values of scratch depth, friction force, and other displayed outputs.
Record the observations shown in the graphs/results section.
Repeat the simulation with different loading conditions and compare the scratching behavior.
