To Prepare a pattern for given object for lost foam casting process

Procedure

  1. Click the 'pattern' button to view the design of the pattern available.

  2. Draw design of the different parts of the pattern on the thick paper.

  3. Select the Foam cutting Table and Bow and switch it ON.

  4. Place the thick paper sheet on EPS sheet.

  5. With the help of hot nichrome wire cut out all the parts of the pattern.

  6. Drag parts one by one to combine them with the help of glue to make the replica of the final product.
