Procedure

Step 1: Start Simulation

• Click on the "Click here to Start" button to begin the simulation

Step 2: Place Instruments

• Drag and drop the instruments at the correct location on the diagram
• Drag and drop the communication signals
• If the placement of instruments and signals is incorrect, the user can click on the instrument or signal to delete it
• Placing all instruments, check if each instrument is correctly placed using the "Validate" button
• The system will validate the diagram

Step 3: Project Details Entry

• In this page, fill in all the project details
• Click on Add New Tag

Step 4: Fill Index Sheet

• Fill all the fields of the Instrument Index Sheet as per the tag number

Step 5: Add More Tags (Optional)

• If you want to add more tags, click on the Add New Tag button
• Fill in the details for all tags as per the P&I diagram

Step 6: Revision Table and PDF Download

• Once all tag details are filled, a Revision Table will appear. This table is important to know the latest revision of the drawing, at the start you will be in Rev. 0
• You can now download the Instrument Index Sheet as a PDF by clicking on the "Download PDF" button

Step 7: Result

• Click on the "Result" button
• The result will be displayed on the screen
