Determination of Heart rate using ECG signal.

  1. Select Dataset: Choose an ECG dataset from the dropdown menu in the Input Panel.
  2. Load Raw Signal: Click the Load Raw Signal button to load and display the raw ECG signal.
  3. View Initial Graph: After loading, the Raw ECG Signal will be visible.
  4. Time Window Adjustment: Adjust the time slider to change the visible duration of the ECG signal (in seconds).
  5. Start Pan–Tompkins Method: Click the Start button to begin the Pan–Tompkins ECG processing algorithm.
  6. Step-by-Step Analysis: Use the Next button to view each processing stage and observe the changes in the graphs.If you want to go back to the previous stage, click the Previous button.
  7. Display Results: Click Display Result to detect R-peaks and view RR interval and heart rate values.
  8. Zoom: Use the Zoom button to inspect peaks more closely.
  9. Download: Download graphs using the Download buttons.
  10. Reset: Click Reset to restart the experiment.
