Procedure

1. Take the calculated amount of the sample in the beaker.
2. Drag and drop the beaker on the Brookfield viscometer setup.
3. Click on the auto-range button.
4. Select the appropriate spindle from the spindle set on the basis of the auto range value obtained.
5. Drag and adjust the spindle on the spindle bar.
6. Select the speed with the help of the rotating knob.
7. Start the rotation of the spindle.
8. Note down the value of the torque obtained from the display.
9. Repeat the experiment in the similar manner at least for the three times.
