Torque Speed Characteristics of 3-ϕ Induction Motor

Instructions

  • Step 1: Make connections as per the instructions given below:

  • (a) (1-4), (2-5), (3-6)

  • (b) (7-10), (8-11)

  • (c) (7-12), (13-14)

  • (d) (8-15), (9-16)

  • Step 2: Check the connections by clicking on the ‘CHECK’ button.

  • Step 3: Select the first weight from w1 and w2.

  • Step 4: Turn on the MCB.

  • Step 5 Click on the 'ADD' button to add the reading in the observation table.

  • Step 6: Vary the values of w1 and w2 and add the readings to the observation table using ADD button.

  • Step 7: Take atleast 6 readings in the table.

  • Step 8: Click on the ‘PLOT’ button to plot the graph.

  • Step 9: Click on the ‘PRINT’ button to takeout the print of the webpage.

  • Step 10: Click on 'RESET' to reset the experiment.
