OBSERVATION

This is a modelled protein which has two helices. Each video shows MD simulation of the protein at different temperatures (298K,358K,418K and 388K in clockwise orientation from top left).

At all of the four temperatures the protein gradually unfolds in the course of the simulation. But it takes different times to unfold at different temperature

At high temperature it starts unfolding fast. At lower temperatures it take more simulation time to get unfolded

Once it reaches the unfolded state it remains there.
