Click on the jack to start bending the rod using bending apparatus.

Click on the rod to insert it in the bending apparatus.
Click on the jack to bend the rod using bending apparatus to 135°.

Click on rod to place it over the cardboard and check for an angle of 135°.
Click on angle protractor to check for an angle of 135°.

Click on the water bath to open it.
Click on the bent rod to place it in the water bath and keep it in the boiling water for 30 mins.

Keep the bent rod the boiling water for 30 min.

Insert the rod again in the bending machine and bend it back to 157.5°.
Click on the jack to bend back the rod using bending apparatus to 157.5°.

Place the rod over the cardboard and check for an angle of 157.5°.
Click on angle protractor to check for an angle of 135°.
STEP

Examine the tension side of the rod for cracks.
