Instructions
  • Click on "Start the Experiment" button
  • Part 1: Preparation
    1. Click on "Clean with MilliQ" button.
    2. Next click on "Dock the SPR sensor chip" button to enable "Open sensor chip door" button. Click on "Open sensor chip door" button.
    3. Now click on the Sensor chip image. After sensor chip is placed in the machine, click on the "Close" button.
    4. Check all the composition required for preparing buffer. Click on "Primer with buffer" button.
  • Part 2: Ligand Immobilization
    1. Click on "EDC" and "NHS" checkboxes in step 4 and on button "Reagents" for sample preparation.
    2. Click on "Ligand" and "Sodium acetate buffer pH>3.5" checkboxes in step 4 and on button "Sample preparation" for sample preparation.
    3. Click on the "Ethanolamine" checkbox in step 4.
    4. Now click on the "Open sample tray door" button in step 4.
      1. Next click on "Eject tray plate" button. Once the plate comes out from the SPR machine, click on the sample tray image.
      2. Click on the "Inject tray plate" button.
      3. Click on the "Close sample tray door" button in step 4.
    5. Click on "Start ligand immobilization" button to see the Ligand Immobilization.
  • Part 3: Interaction Analysis
    1. Now click on the "Open sample tray door" button in step 5.
      1. Next click on "Eject tray plate" button. Once the plate comes out form from the SPR machine, click on the "Remove EDC, NHS and ethanolmine sample tubes" button.
      2. Click on both the checkboxes in step 5 and on button "Sample preparation".
      3. Click on the "Inject tray plate" button.
      4. Click on the "Close sample tray door" button in step 5.
    2. Click on "Inject analyte" button to see the Interation analysis.
    3. Click on "Inject buffer" button.
  • Part 4: Regeneration Phase
    1. Click on "Glycine pH 1-3" checkbox to remove remaining bound analyte.
  • Part 5: Test run and Concentration- dependent analysis
    1. Click on "Test run" and "Concentration- dependent analysis" button.
Note: To repeat the experiment, click on the "Re-Do the Experiment" button.
