PROCEDURE
Basic Knowledge
Read and understand all instructions and questions provided
Answer all questions and click on the "Submit Test" button
Upon successful completion, click on the "Next Level" button which will appear in place of the "Submit" button
Configuration
Select frequency, distance, and fluid type
Click on "CHECK CONFIGURATION" button
Use the formula and calculate time of flight (ms) and click on submit button
Formula: Time = [(Distance * 2) /Speed of Sound] X 1000
You need to take 6 readings (calculations) by selecting different configurations (frequency, distance and fluid type)
After completing 6 readings, click on "GO FOR LEVEL MEASUREMENT" button.
Configuration for level measurement:
Select tank height (cm), and water level for level measurement
Click on "CHECK CONFIGURATION" button
Mimic
Fill the Tank:
Click the "Inlet" valve to start filling the tank with water
Start Measurement:
Click the "START" button to begin the level measurement process
Enter Calculated Time:
Input the time you calculated earlier in the provided textbox, then click the "SUBMIT" button
Stop the Measurement:
Click the "STOP" button on the mimic frame to stop the measurement
Repeat and Take 4 Readings:
Repeat the measurement steps 4 times, each time taking a new reading
Finish the Process:
After completing 4 readings, click the "RESULT" button to conclude the level measurement process
