OBSERVATION

This is a modelled protein which has two helices. Each video shows MD simulation of the protein at different concentration of solvent (4M,6M,10M and8M in clockwise orientation from top left).

The solvent is aqueous solution of Urea.

Aqueous solution of urea acts as a chemical denaturant and as a result in course of the animation the protein unfolds gradually.

At higher concentration the protein unfolds to the maximum extent.
